Position Overview
As the Imagine Experiences Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to grow our business by developing meaningful relationships throughout Ulster and Dutchess Counties.
You won't simply sell events.
You'll become a trusted resource for schools, municipalities, businesses, recreation departments, libraries, camps, nonprofits, churches, and families looking to create amazing experiences.
Once an event is booked, our Event Manager and Operations Team take over the planning and logistics, allowing you to stay focused on building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
Compensation Commission-Only Position
This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Your income is directly tied to your success.
You'll earn commission on qualified gross sales, with opportunities for additional bonuses and incentives as the company grows.
Top performers will have opportunities to advance into leadership positions and help build future sales teams.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Develop new business throughout Ulster and Dutchess Counties.
- Build relationships with schools, municipalities, recreation departments, libraries, businesses, camps, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and community involvement.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings.
- Learn about each client's event goals and recommend the best Imagine Experiences package.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Secure signed agreements and deposits.
- Transition booked events to the Event Manager or Rental Operations Team.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring annual events.
- Represent Imagine Experiences professionally within the community.
