Support Health is seeking a caring and reliable Adult Peer Support Specialist to provide goal-focused, person-centered support to adults facing emotional or behavioral challenges. The role is rooted in lived experience, empathy, and empowerment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one peer support using lived experience appropriately.
- Help individuals build coping skills, daily living skills, and natural supports.
- Assist with setting goals and staying motivated toward recovery.
- Support access to community resources and services.
- Document visits timely and accurately.
- Collaborate with supervisors and care teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Lived experience with mental health or behavioral challenges (required).
- Peer Specialist certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong communication, reliability, and boundaries.
- Ability to travel for community-based visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
