About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to oversee the full-cycle compensation process and ensure seamless financial operations for our workforce. You will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance and providing accurate, timely payroll services that support our employees' financial well-being.
Responsibilities-
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for diverse employee groups, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict deadlines.

Maintain high data integrity by managing employee records, including onboarding, status changes, and benefit adjustments.

Validate time and attendance data to ensure precise wage calculations and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Administer complex payroll deductions, including 401(k) contributions, benefit premiums, and mandatory garnishments.

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations through accurate computation and timely filing.

Generate comprehensive payroll reports and reconcile ledger entries to support internal financial transparency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding pay, tax withholdings, and compensation-related benefits.
Qualifications-
2-5 years of professional experience in corporate payroll administration.

Proven proficiency in enterprise payroll software such as ADP, Workday, Paychex, or QuickBooks.

Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel and database management.

Strong understanding of FLSA guidelines and multi-state tax compliance.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Active professional certification such as CPP, FPC, or NACPB CPS.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial data with high confidentiality.
