We are looking for an experienced flooring installer to complete a vinyl flooring installation on an outdoor stage trailer. Located in Waterloo IA
Job Scope
- Remove approximately 341 sq. ft. of existing indoor/outdoor flooring
- Prepare and clean the existing trailer-floor substrate
- Install approximately 341 sq. ft. of black coin-pattern commercial vinyl flooring
- Glue down the new flooring across all three trailer sections
- Cut and fit flooring around corners, edges, hinges, openings, and stage components
- Complete and secure seams
- Roll flooring properly to ensure full adhesion
- Finish exposed edges and transitions
- Clean up and dispose of removed flooring and installation debris
Important Requirements
The flooring rolls are extremely heavy. The customer cannot assist with unloading or carrying the material.
Contractor must have enough manpower to safely unload and move the flooring from the customer's vehicle to the trailer.
The existing trailer floor must be inspected before installation. Major substrate repairs or damaged decking are not included and would require approval before additional work is performed.
Looking for someone with experience in:
- Commercial vinyl flooring
- Glue-down vinyl flooring
- Trailer/RV or unusual flooring installations
- Seam and edge finishing
- Proper substrate preparation
Must be reliable, experienced, have your own tools, and be available to complete the project
Pay: $1,300.00 per day
