Independence Hill is an upscale retirement resort located in the heart of the Stone Oak area. As a member of our team, you are more than an employee; you are a vital part of a community built on family values, compassion and encouragement.
Our residents have spent lifetimes building families, careers, and legacies. Now, they have entrusted us with their daily comfort and well-being. We believe that true care goes beyond clinical or domestic tasks—it is found in the patience of a listening ear, the warmth of a smile, and the genuine empathy we bring to every interaction.
In this environment, your role is to be a source of constant support. Whether you are assisting with daily needs or simply sharing a moment of conversation, your goal is to provide the encouragement our residents need to live each day with dignity and purpose. We would be honored to have you on our team!
