Rosa's Italian Restaurant is seeking a friendly and organized evening Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and inviting demeanor.
- Manage the seating chart and reservations to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Preparing Take Out orders and handling cash transactions.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about menu items, specials, and reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Wage is $16.90 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.
