Potsdam, NY CDL A - Roll Off Driver Home Weekends - Earn 60+ CPM - $4,000 Sign-on Bonus
*3 YEARS OF TRUCK DRIVING JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
Pay: Starting at .63cpm or more based on experience
Miles weekly: 2800-3000
Sign on Bonus: $4000

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers at various job sites. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Run areas include: Potsdam NY to Syracuse, NY, West Brook, ME, Toronto Ontario, Canada
Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload containers at designated locations, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that may arise.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean truck driving record.
- Experience with roll-off or dump trucks preferred.
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission.
- Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings or late evenings as needed.
- Truck Driving Experience: 3 years verifiable (required)
- EDL License or Pass Port required to enter Canada
