We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Painters to join our dynamic construction team! In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes.
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine project scope and surface specifications.
- Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
- Perform specialized tasks including stucco application, masonry finishing, drywall repair, fixture installation, and restoration work.
- Utilize construction estimating skills to assess materials needed for each project accurately.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout the job process.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction painting across residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on knowledge of various hand tools and power tools used in surface preparation and finishing.
- Experience with renovation projects involving plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, framing, masonry, or remodeling is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
- Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills.

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
