We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who genuinely enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making sure customers feel supported, confident, and taken care of. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats to keep clients confident and moving forward.

What you’ll do:
- Stay closely connected with clients through consistent, professional communication
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to questions and issues
- Help clients understand and get the most out of our technology
- Provide training and ongoing support
- Maintain client accounts and system settings
- Track issues from start to resolution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Monitor system performance, test fixes, and ensure everything is working as expected
- Keep documentation, reports, and data clean and organized
- Partner with internal teams to solve problems and improve the client experience
- Build strong relationships that drive retention and long-term success
- Occasional travel with advance notice
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience working with clients
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, dependable, and follows through
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
