PMP Personnel Services is working with several well-established manufacturing companies in the Williamsburg area to hire 3rd Shift Production Operators. These are full-time opportunities in clean, organized facilities where you can work independently and stay focused.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform repetitive, hands-on production tasks
- Package and prepare finished products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Work as part of a reliable overnight team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Comfortable standing and staying active throughout the shift
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
