- Willow Grove PA- Monday-Friday 4pm to 12am\ Sat & Sun 8am-4pm and 4pm- 12am (weekend block)
Responsibilities:
- Our DCSP’s , are responsible for supporting the lifestyle success of adults who have chosen to live within our residential community homes.
- Responsibilities include assisting our participants with everyday living skills such as but not limited to, bathing, meal preparation, transportation, cleaning, and community outings.
- Able to submit full documentation that explains what is needed to influence their unique success as a contributing well supported member within their local community.
Requirements:
- Promote the Mission and Vision of RMPC Services, LLC
- 18 years of age
- High School diploma, College credits excepted
- Prefer person(s) who have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, training will be provided
- Strong organizational and basic computer and interpersonal skills needed. To include strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work given shifts which may include weekends.
- Physical examination/ TB required
- Possess a valid PA driver’s license
- Must have identifications for tax documentation (SS Card, DL and must complete an I-9)
All team members must be flexible in the event of an emergency where coverage is required. We are a passionate professional team that cares and shares responsibilities where needed. 1 weekend per month required. Job Type: Full-time, Part time
Hourly Rate: Starting at $17
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
