We clean residential homes, short-term rentals, and commercial spaces, and we take pride in the small details that make a big difference.

What You’ll Do
- Perform recurring residential cleanings (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces)
- Clean commercial spaces as assigned
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain consistent quality
- Communicate with the team regarding schedules, updates, and property needs
- Ensure every space meets Ariel Home Services’ high standards

Requirements
- Cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job locations within Crow Wing County
- Smartphone required for scheduling, communication, and digital cleaning checklists
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Positive attitude and professional behavior with clients
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends
