Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator to join our team. This position involves operating a 3-axis Shoda CNC Router, setting up tooling, and interpreting shop drawings and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a 3-axis Shoda CNC Router
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure accurate production
- Set up and adjust tooling for production runs
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Lift and move materials as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a CNC Router, preferably a 3-axis Shoda
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience with tooling setup and adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift materials as required
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
