Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This is a full-time outside sales position with flexibility and autonomy.
Typical Schedule:
Monday – Friday | Flexible Business Hours
As an Outside Sales Professional, you will:
- Develop relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business leaders and employees
- Present benefit and financial solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and provide outstanding customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work alongside leadership to achieve personal and team goals
