CNT a metals wholesaler, manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a part-time highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Owner. This position plays a key role in coordinating travel, managing events, supporting customer relations, and handling a variety of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Duties and responsibilities

Coordinate and book hotel accommodations, flights, transportation, and restaurant reservations.

Arrange travel for internal team members, customers, vendors, and external guests.

Assist with customer and client vetting, including background research and gathering relevant information.

Plan and coordinate company events, customer meetings, luncheons, and special events.

Organize meeting logistics, agendas, and reservations.

Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.

Assist with correspondence, communications, and follow-up activities.

Coordinate catering and hospitality arrangements for meetings and visitors.

Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications

Previous administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred.

Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard business software.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.

Experience coordinating travel and events is preferred.
