Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Thai massage (training provided), sports massage, and prenatal massage to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current conditions, and specific pain points.
- Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients’ wellness goals and provide clear explanations of therapy benefits.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout sessions to ensure comfort and address any concerns or preferences.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any recommendations for ongoing care.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance your skills and certifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities.
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations
- Prior experience working in medical spas or occupational health settings is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
