Responsibilities include providing technical support regarding the operation of the Windows Server Network, which includes installation and basic maintenance of the network servers and workstations; installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software; providing software support to staff; troubleshooting for resolution of computer problems; analyzing computer and telecommunication requirements of the office and devising technical solutions, and acting as liaison with computer suppliers and vendors. The Systems Technician resolves network problems and offers technical assistance to users; analyzes products and recommends use of new products and services; and reviews, monitors and upgrades existing computer systems. The Systems Technician also communicates with the Federal Court technology staff regarding their CM/ECF filing system; communicates with the firm's software provider regarding database matters, and further assists with inventory of computer and office equipment as needed. This position also requires remaining current on literature designated by the firm and performing other duties as assigned. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and Microsoft Exchange E-Mail Service is a plus.
Pay: $46,224.36 - $53,069.64 per year
