We are rapidly expanding and are looking for performance-motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in competition, loves a bit of friendly banter, and is actively seeking an opportunity to take their career to the next level.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll support our sales initiatives by using a generated lead list and meeting directly with customers to promote Frontier's telecommunications products and service plans. Additionally, you will employ your top-tier communication and relationship building skills to close sales and deliver lifelong customers to Frontier.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers face-to-face to promote Frontier's services and create new sales opportunities
- Lead conversations with confidence, professionalism and transparency that educate customers and move them through the sales process
- Recommend telecommunications solutions that match customer needs while generating successful sales and increasing account retention
- Build genuine relationships with customers to create potential referral pipelines and future cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in daily training focused on improving sales communication and performance
- Support team sales goals and contribute to overall sales growth
Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a sales or performance-driven role is preferred
- Confident speaking with clients, customers and fellow team members
- Natural ability to find common ground, build trust and connect with people easily
- Embrace challenges tenaciously and employ quick-thinking to solve problems
- Possess a passion for learning and continuously seeking to improve performance
