Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes from sourcing candidates using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever or Taleo to onboarding new employees through effective employee orientation programs.
- Manage employee evaluation systems, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being and legal adherence.
- Lead HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law regulations; utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday for data collection and analysis.
- Handle employee relations issues with conflict management skills, fostering a positive work environment; support HR department activities including personnel administration and confidential information handling.
- Drive change management initiatives by leveraging project management skills to implement new HR systems like UltiPro or Oracle HCM smoothly across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in HR legal compliance, employment law, and regulatory requirements such as OSHA standards.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent management, benefits administration, performance management, and organization design.
- Proficiency in HR systems MS Office (Excel data analysis)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while building strong employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects related to affirmative action planning, training & development initiatives, and workforce management strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and analysis tasks.
