As the leader in accessible massage and skin care, Massage Envy is home to a wellness community 35,000 strong—and growing! As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at our TWP franchised location, you’ll play a key role in helping clients feel their best while enjoying a dynamic, rewarding, and supportive work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, skin care, and stretch services.
- Build lasting relationships with members and guests to grow and retain our client base.
- Recommend and connect clients with retail products to enhance their experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, drive member retention, and support sales efforts.
- Uphold Massage Envy’s core values: Optimism, Gratitude, Excellence, Consistency, and Empathy.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by working collaboratively with your team.

Shift Availability:
Weekdays: 2 PM – 8 PM
Weekends: 9 AM – 6 PM
