Responsibilities
As a Junior HVAC Installer, you will assist Lead Installers with residential and light commercial system installations while developing the skills needed to run installations independently.
Job Duties:

Assist with installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including gas/electric split systems package units, heat pumps, ductwork, ductless mini-split systems, floor and wall furnaces

Support lead Installer in completing full-system installations

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Follow company safety and quality standards
-
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
-
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade
