In this role, you will deliver first-class support across multiple communication platforms, helping nonprofits, schools, and community organizations resolve service issues and manage their accounts.
Compensation:

Pay Rate: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
*
Multi-Platform Support: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chat requests in a timely, professional manner.
*
Issue Resolution: Research customer accounts and case histories to provide prompt, empathetic, and clear solutions.
*
Account Processing: Securely manage and process renewals, product replacements, refunds, and quotes.
*
Data Documentation: Accurately record all client interactions and notes within Salesforce according to established procedures.
*
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to improve processes and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Experience: 3 years of professional customer service experience, with technical support environment experience being a plus.
*
Education: Associate’s degree or a High School Diploma/GED paired with equivalent work experience.
*
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
*
Key Attributes: Detail-oriented active listener with exceptional problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
*
Bilingual Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a must.
