Come and join our team! this position is responsible for Sales, Recruiting, Onboarding, and payroll
-Obtain staffing requisition from new clients- Commission!!
-Recruit using necessary means to include Indeed, Facebook, mass texting and public relations
-Outgoing phone calls 15-17 per hour using dialer and Sales force for appt scheduling
-Sales Support - preparing proposals, marketing materials
-Actively pre-screening and recruiting using indeed for scheduling onboarding
-Completes onboarding for new hires E-Verify and I-9,background checks
-Running errands
-Responsible for coordinating all daily administrative operations of the office
-Onsite or offsite recruiting hiring 10+ employees per month utlizing indeed - mass texting-if you do not love to text this position may not be for you.
In person position out of office in Scottsdale Airpark. Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
