We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, working with all age groups and assisting teachers. Must be punctual, responsible, reliable and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills
- Provide attentive care to ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision
- Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
-Diaper children who are not potty trained and assist children who are potty trained
-Giving teachers lunch breaks
-Sub in classes if teacher is out
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Ability to provide infant care including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and parents
