We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our acute care hospital rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety, teamwork, and building strong relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey.
Our Physical Therapy team includes approximately 10 Physical Therapists, along with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. All Physical Therapists are cross-trained, creating a collaborative environment where clinicians can continue developing their skills across multiple patient populations.
Compensation & Benefits
- $39–$52 per hour
- New $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

Acute Care Physical Therapist Role
As an Acute Care Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled inpatient physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Treat a variety of medical, surgical, orthopedic, and general acute care diagnoses
- Assist patients with mobility training, transfers, gait training, and safe discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on mobility strategies and home exercise programs
- Participate in clinical discussions and collaborative problem-solving for complex patient care

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure
- New graduates encouraged to apply
