Nevada Pediatric Specialists is hiring a Medical Biller to manage claims, follow-up, and patient account resolution in a high-volume growing pediatric practice. This role is responsible for working accounts receivable, resolving denials, and ensuring accurate claim processing in alignment with internal workflows and payer requirements.

Work A/R follow-up (denials, rejections, unpaid claims)

Review and interpret EOBs/ERAs for accurate posting and next steps

Submit and track appeals and corrected claims

Resolve COB issues and insurance discrepancies
-
Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding claims
-
Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
-
Support patient balance resolution and payment plan processes for collection management

Handle billing phone calls and provide professional patient support
Role requires strong understanding of EOBs, payer responses, and accurate follow-up actions to prevent missed revenue and errors

✅ 1+ year medical billing experience (required)

✅ Experience with:

Medicaid & MCOs (required)

Commercial/private insurance

✅ Strong knowledge of:

A/R follow-up, denials, and appeals

Insurance eligibility and claim resolution

✅ Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Pediatrics experience

eClinicalWorks (eCW)highly preferred
