JOB SUMMARY: Parking and retrieving cars for the guests of the casino in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Assisting guests checking-in or out their coats, hats and other items.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School or equivalent preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license and able to meet our insurance criteria. Must have good guest service skills, experience preferred. Able to prioritize and be organized.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions all year round. Must be able to stand and walk for 75% of the shift. Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for day-to-day Valet and Coat Check operations. Must always be alert and drive in a safe manner. Must be pleasant and able to deal with difficult guests.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
