Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):
Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort and prevent injury.
Change linens and maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and supportive care that promotes resident dignity and independence.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in ensuring all resident health, safety, and personal care needs are met.
Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of New Hampshire required.
Ability to care for multiple residents while maintaining a high standard of quality and compassion.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
