We're hiring a full-time chiropractor for our Concord (East Bay) clinic, someone who wants to become genuinely great at this craft, fast.

- Paid, structured mentorship in the Gonstead system. Prior Gonstead experience is a plus, not a requirement. All technique backgrounds are welcome, and new and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. We train.
- A high-volume, systems-driven clinic. You'll get more reps, sharper skills, and better patient outcomes in a year here than most docs get in three.

What you'll do
- Deliver structural-correction chiropractic care that changes patients' lives
- Use x-ray, posture, and nerve-system analysis to guide every clinical decision
- Build and adjust corrective care plans, and educate patients on the findings and the reasoning
- Participate in ongoing Gonstead training, case reviews, and clinical collaboration
- Drive outcomes through follow-up and clear documentation
Who you are
- Licensed (or license-eligible) chiropractor in California. New grads encouraged to apply.
- Coachable and results-driven. You care about outcomes, not just adjusting.
- Any technique background, with genuine interest in learning Gonstead and structural correction.
- A strong communicator who can get patients to understand, believe, and follow through.
Compensation and benefits
- Base $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus
