Counter Sales and Driver Trainee
Our key to serving the community begins with our Counter Sales and Driver Trainees showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING –
- Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs
- Helping team members when working with customers
- Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems
- Learning about the always changing world of automotive
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct
WHAT YOU'LL NEED –
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends (with 2 consecutive days off otherwise)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Parts experience preferred
