Maintenance Technician
A Maintenance Technician with The Cottages is in charge of assisting the Maintenance Director in performing routine and basic maintenance of the facility and grounds of a long term care apartment complex and assisted living facility. Basic duties include wall maintenance (patching holes and painting); carpet cleaning; basic appliance repair; assist with placing calls for service on equipment and ensuring the grounds are always tour-ready. This position is between our Oconto Falls and Shawano campuses and is full-time. The hours and days are flexible to what will work for the technician and the company. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
