Tabulae Eyewear is looking for an experienced, motivated, and style-driven part time OPTICIAN to join our growing team. We are a modern, independent eyewear brand focused on high-quality frames, custom lenses, and an elevated customer experience.
Who we’re looking for:
Optical sales and fitting experience as an OPTICIAN is a must!
Experienced in all aspects of optical fitting, yet still open to feedback for improvement
Eager to learn and grow within the brand
Friendly personality with strong people skills
A natural seller who can confidently convert walk-ins into customers
Detail-oriented and capable of running day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing the shop and maintaining cleanliness
Capable to multitask with multiple clients and duties required to maintain a flow in the shop
Optician license is a must!
Salary
Part-Time Opportunity with a potential for Full Time
$25-$30/ hour (based on experience) + commission
Strong knowledge in Optical fitting and sales required
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with frame styling and lens recommendations
Drive sales and deliver a high-conversion retail experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
Handle basic optical tasks (take measurements, do adjustments) and learn in-house processes
Provide an exceptional, personalized customer service
Willing and able to open and close the store following simple guidelines
