Kansas City Hyundai is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Merriam, Kansas. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while helping coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Competitive annual compensation: $70,000–$120,000

- Listen carefully to customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
- Clearly explain service recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair orders from start to finish
- Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and help build long-term customer relationships
- Previous experience in automotive service, a dealership environment, or customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
