As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor working 3 PM – 11 PM, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring top-tier care for residents and seamless facility operations during your shift. Core responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting nursing staff to ensure adherence to care plans and clinical standards
Overseeing the well-being and safety of residents throughout the evening shift
Managing shift staffing levels, breaks, and task delegation
Communicating effectively with healthcare providers and family members
Handling emergencies and resolving concerns with sound judgment and compassion
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting during your shift
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state
Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
A passion for delivering compassionate and professional care
