Looking for Site Directors to oversee the entire after school program at one of our programs in Broward County!
You must excel at engaging, encouraging, and motivating a group of staff members while creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. You must be a hard working team player who can think on your feet and work with minimal supervision. You must have leadership abilities and experience running a successful after school program. Tremendous growth potential with a GREAT company. You must be innovative and pay very close attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Must Have a minimum of 1 year experience managing an After School or Pre- School Program.
- Site Director Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work from Monday-Friday 1:00pm-6:00pm. Monday mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm
- This position averages about 27-30+ hours per week
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint background screening that will include juvenile records.
- Must have high school diploma, sealed high school transcript or GED.
- 40 hours in child care courses and a CDA/Director's Credential is a plus!!!
