Experienced Behavioral Support Specialist (Adults with IDD & Autism)

Inspire Home & Health is growing our Behavioral Support Services team and is looking for an experienced Behavioral Support Specialist (BSS) to support adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex behavioral needs throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and update Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Provide behavioral consultation to staff, families, and treatment teams
- Analyze behavioral data and make recommendations based on outcomes
- Train direct support staff on behavior plans and intervention strategies
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with Supports Coordinators, providers, and families
- Ensure services meet ODP regulations and best practices
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, or a related human services field OR Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS)
- Experience working with individuals who exhibit aggressive, challenging, or high-intensity behaviors
- Experience completing FBAs and developing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Experience within Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)
- Experience providing behavioral consultation in community or home-based settings

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
