WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Machine Operator / Fabricator, you’ll be a key part of our manufacturing team, working with a variety of equipment to produce custom components and support fabrication.
· Key responsibilities include:
· Set up and operate shop equipment, including:
o Laser
o Press brake
o Band saw
o Plasma table
o Folder
o Drill press and shears
· Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
· Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
· Support fabrication as needed, including MIG welding, riveting, drilling, cutting, and grinding
· Organize and label raw materials and finished components
· Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.
· Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED
· 1–3 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
· Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
· Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and repetitive movement
· Traits for success:

· Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
· Willingness to learn and accept feedback
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication skills
