Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA programming for children ages 18 months–8 years
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide caregiver training and occasional in-home/community support
- Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based service delivery
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, education, psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical, documentation, and supervision skills
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
