Experienced Automotive Service Advisors:
- The ability to communicate objectives and promise times to customers and co workers
- The ability to work with service computer systems like CDK Drive and X-time
- A team first attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customer
- Maintain open lines of communications with customers to achieve their expectations
- Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and maintenance to serve the needs of our customers and optimize dealer revenues
- Maintain a clean and effective work station
- Become a cohesive member of our top performing team
Experienced Automotive Service Advisors:
- At least one year as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar position
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Valid Drivers License
- Ford experience a huge plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check
- Must have steady and verifiable work history
- Must be able to work well as a leader in a team atmosphere
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
