As a key leader in the organization, the Dispensary Manager serves as a brand ambassador for FINO Cannabis—ensuring every patient interaction is welcoming, knowledgeable, and compliant. This role directly supervises the Assistant Dispensary Manager, Wellness Lead, and Wellness Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day dispensary operations, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and patient-focused experience.
- Address and resolve patient concerns that require leadership-level support .
- Manage inventory levels, place product orders, and ensure displays are current, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment at all times.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and consistently.
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and POS discrepancies.
- Operate the POS system as needed during shifts.
- Communicate patient, personnel, or operational concerns to the VP/Director of Retail and Marketing.
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Coach, mentor, and delegate tasks to the Assistant Dispensary Manager.
- Rotate weekend shifts with the Assistant Dispensary Manager.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of FINO products and industry trends .
- Lead by example in sales, customer service, and compliance.
- Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.
Skills & Performance Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of patient management systems, including SWEED and OMMU.
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Florida medical cannabis laws, product effects, and qualifying conditions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Calm, confident, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
