Overview: Commercial Truck Repair Service Center
Are you an experienced CDL driver looking to come off the road and enjoy a stable, local schedule? We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing commercial truck repair service center. This is an office-based position ideal for a professional driver who understands the trucking industry and wants to stay close to home while continuing to support customers and drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repair appointments and communicate service updates.
- Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to ensure timely repairs.
- Provide outstanding customer service and help keep fleet customers informed.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL License required.
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of heavy duty-trucks and fleet operations is a plus.
- Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
