Assist nursing staff with completion of senior resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care
Perform vital signs on senior residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Ensure the safety of our senior residents
Assist with motivating senior residents to help keep them active and engaged
1-year experience or more is required
Must hold a current certification and CNA II license
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus
Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with senior residents
Ability to listen attentively is essential
A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with senior residents to increase their comfort level
Prior knowledge organizing social activities for senior residents is a plus
Current CPR Certification
