We’re seeking a motivated Millwork Production Associate to join our growing team. - Pull and prepare interior doors for each production orders

Sand, cut, and finish interior doors to meet quality standards

Maintain organized stock inventory and assist with cycle counts

Help fulfill overnight material orders to ensure next-day delivery readiness

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Contribute to a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)

Experience with hand/power tools, woodworking, or production a plus (we’ll train!)

Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure

Strong organizational skills and a positive, team-first attitude

Forklift certification a plus (we’ll provide training)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely throughout the day
