Position Overview
Lano Equipment is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our industrial repair team. This specific job focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Bandit Industries machinery, including large wood chippers and stump grinders.
You will be the main technical expert on the road, driving a company-provided work truck to different sites. Your goal will be to provide fast on-site support, make sure the machines run perfectly, and fix them quickly so our customers do not lose working time. This job requires a professional problem-solver who enjoys working outside in a busy environment. You will need to manage jobsites safely by yourself, figure out electrical and fluid system problems, and provide great customer service that follows factory standards.

- Equipment Maintenance: Find problems, fix broken parts, and do regular check-ups on specialized Bandit machines like wood chippers and stump grinders.
- System Troubleshooting: Use advanced testing methods to find and fix tricky issues with engines, electricity, and fluid power systems.
Notes & Communication
- Keeping Records: Write down clear, accurate logs in the company computer tracking your work hours, the parts you used, and what you fixed.
- Updates: Give clear updates about machine problems and repair timelines to both customers and our office managers.
- Customer Service: Be helpful and polite to customers on the jobsite, acting as a reliable expert who represents the company well.
