Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging activities and social programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and bathing, as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life
Collaborate with the care team to identify and address individualized needs and preferences
Maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress
Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
