Car Sales Executive
Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract potential customers and generate leads
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of inventory and pricing
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or outbound sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the dealership and the customer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using software applications for inventory control and sales tracking
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
