Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area & kitchen areas.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
