GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Manages the logistics of outgoing and incoming products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate necessary paperwork necessitated for shipping freight. Including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, USMCA Certificates of Origin, Shippers Letter of Intent, AUSFTA, and other documents as may be required for the Consignee’s country.
- Generate shipping quotes for International Orders
- Coordinate with brokers and shipping companies to move WIP goods between vendors.
- Generate BOL and required documents for OEM shipping.
- Process EDI requirements for OE Dealer Orders.
- Reporting Data related to shipping costs & order fulfillment
- Effectively communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
- Supports Order Fulfillment Lead and act as proxy point of contact during an absence.
- Responsible for inventory & replenishment of office supplies for warehouse group.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues & customer complaints related to shipping costs.
- Handle claims with carriers due to lost and/or damaged shipments.
- Assist in Reconciling freight cost.
- Understanding of Harmonized Codes
- Record and track WIP inventory as it moves from vendor to vendor.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Manufacturing: 1+ year (Preferred)
- Warehousing: 1+ year (Preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

- Ability to sit up to 6 hours per day
- Ability to stand for an hour or longer at a time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges to prepare and/or read documents
- Manual dexterity in using office equipment such as scanners, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mouse, copier, etc.
