About the Role:
The Dietary Aide / Cook plays a crucial role in ensuring that residents at The Ridge at Beavercreek receive nutritious and appetizing meals that cater to their dietary needs. This position involves preparing and serving meals while adhering to established health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with the dietary team to create menus that reflect the preferences and requirements of our residents. Additionally, the role includes maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Ultimately, the Dietary Aide / Cook contributes to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents through quality food service.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in food preparation or cooking in a healthcare or institutional setting.
Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary certification or training.

Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
