TB&S Transportation LLC is expanding our fleet and looking for experienced Regional AND OTR Truck Drivers to join our team. We specialize in safe, reliable, and timely supply chain logistics, with a strong focus on regional hauling throughout the Southeast and South Central Region. Responsibilities
- Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants, retail locations, and distribution centers within the Southeast region.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues; perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules.
- Document and log work/rest periods, mileage, and maintain receipts for fuel and tolls.
- Comply with DOT truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as all company policies.
- Safely maneuver trucks for loading and unloading.
- Collect and verify delivery instructions.
- Report defects, accidents, or violations immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months proven experience as a professional truck driver.
- Must hold a valid CDL with NO restrictions.
- Clean driving record with no recent moving violations.
- Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELDs, AVL units, CB, etc.).
- Ability to drive long hours, adapt to traffic/weather conditions, and handle unexpected challenges.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and regional hauling compliance.
Preferred
- Ability to operate 10-speed manual transmission trucks.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
